The Opportunity Locker exists to close the opportunity gap for athletes who have the talent, drive, and character — but lack access.
Through Christ-centered mentorship, elite athletic development, and direct financial support, our programs remove the barriers that prevent young athletes from reaching their God-given potential. We don’t just fund participation — we invest in people.
Each program is designed to create real, measurable impact: developing disciplined leaders, restoring confidence, and opening doors that would otherwise remain closed.
Whether it’s mentorship, training, scholarships, or support for teams and competition, our mission is simple: no athlete should miss out on life-changing development because of financial limitations.

Elite Training Initiative
The Elite Access Initiative provides fully or partially funded access to high-level training and leadership mentorship for athletes facing financial barriers. Athletes receive the same standards, coaching, and expectations as any elite performer—because excellence should never be pay-to-play.
What this can include:

Who this is for: Youth & High school athletes who are committed to growth but limited by finances.

Faith & Future Scholarship Fund
The Faith & Future Scholarship Fund helps provide tuition assistance and educational support for student-athletes seeking to attend private Christian middle and high schools. This program creates access to environments that reinforce faith, character, discipline, and long-term leadership.
What this can include:

Partial or full tuition scholarships

Who this is for: Student-athletes accepted into private Christian schools with demonstrated financial need.

Sports Participation & Pathway Program
Many athletes fall out of the sports pipeline simply because their families can’t afford club fees, travel, uniforms, and tournament costs. The Play the Game Fund provides targeted support so athletes can continue to compete, develop, and pursue the opportunities their sport can open.
What this can include:

Who this is for: Youth and high school athletes whose participation is threatened by cost.
